Very good service

Over 8 months ago I approached Richard George & Jenkins to write a will for me. After initially discussing my needs it took over four months to see any action.They called me on the number they said they could not contact me on to arrange for me to sign the will on my doorstep, which I did. I was handed an invoice for £180 which I paid without delay.Almost 2 months pass and I have nothing, no contact. I chase it up again, another week passes, nothing, no contact so I call and there is no apology - just excuses.I've edited this review because I received a call back on the same day and I have since collected my will. My 'customer journey' has been awful however the delivered product is exceptional.
