Fantastic service from start to finish.Found out about these guys at the NEC MACH Exhibition.Delivery was faster than stated and the finish was smoother than expected.The only criticism is the packaging could have been better as some of the plates could have fell out but fortunately all arrived safe.Will definitely be using again!

I've used Fractory now for a number of projects. I have to say, I've never had a bad service from them. My handler" has always been very helpful too. Sometimes I feel that perhaps the "setup" costs are a little high

I had a great experience with Fractory. This was my first time having anything laser cut. Their prices were way lower than anyone else I could find, yet there was no sacrifice in quality, customer service, or turnaround time. I failed to give them all the info, so they called me to get it straightened out and STILL got my order delivered on time. The parts came out beautiful and with the precision that I needed. I will DEFINITELY use them in the future, and recommend them to anyone I know.

Highly impressed. Uploaded CAD model of a sheet metal part on Tuesday, webite confirmed compatability with manufacture and gave a sensible price. Ordered and arrived by late Thursday. No engineers time wasted with RFQ's or discussing manufacturing processes or bend raddi or K factors - just CAD-Quote-Part. Have already recommended to other prototyping and production engineers and will certainly use again.
