My wife found some nice walking boots here. What's more they came in half sizes which was also very helpful.

Staff are lovely but the store is too expensive for me. I found that sports direct was cheaper for what we wanted .

Always mooch around the shops dropped on quite a few bargins

Regatta is an outdoor supplies store situated within the outlet mall. It has everything from clothing to utensils and equipment. Often sales and discounts are on yet seem to be still fairly pricy and the store can be less than welcoming at times

Such poor customer service. Walked into store at 5.45pm, to instantly be 'greeted' by an incredibly rude man. Clearly irritated by my presence, tartly telling me it was card only and 'what do you want'. I understand that it's near closing time, but the shops advertise 6pm close and I'd rushed over from work. The irony being, I'm a shop owner myself (and previously worked for Clarks shoes managing) - I would never, ever speak to a customer in such an appalling way. Regatta's loss though; I saw a top I liked, but was made to feel so uncomfortable that I walked out and returned to Trespass - where two staff members happily greeted me, I felt at ease trying a jumper and waterproof jacket on for my walk in Snowdonia tomorrow, and purchased both at £65 :) Thanks Trespass!I feel sorry for the young lad being trained by that very rude man. Absolutely no way to teach a young person respectful and successful customer service. I hope he finds a better employer (as I bet that guy is a nightmare to work for!)
