really disappointing, especially given the positive reviews. Menu is basic with the most popular takeaway dishes from each cuisine which I would expect means they are made to the highest standard considering the pricing (around £9-13 for a main excluding rice). We had the kaarnage chicken which was extremely salty, four seasons dish which was lacking in flavour and again salty as well as the shredded chicken which was too sweet. none of us could finish our meals. to make it worse the restaurant plays chart/club music throughout. our duck pancake starter was the highlight and service was great but unfortunately the majority of the food was not to standard.

The service was outstanding from the moment we entered till we left. The food recommendation was spot on. They were accommodating with the children. Even the kids said the food is yummy. You can tell you are eating fresh food. Outstanding.

Full size meal and drink for under £20, fast and professional service (eating within 20 mins at 6pm on a weeknight). Food was excellent -- myself and my friend were both very impressed. Place was extremely clean and well appointed.

Very good selection of Asian meals. Very clean and stylish restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff. Food freshly cooked. Sensible pricesWill certainly use again. Toilets spotlessly clean, music pleasant and unobtrusive.

Shame... starters were lovely but then meal was ruined by the worst pad thai I have ever tried. Slimey and bright pink...... didn't taste anything like a pad Thai... almost inedibleRuined what started out as a nice meal.Bright point... staff are lovely and friendly and good cocktails. Would probably go back but not to eat Thai.....

Wow, first time here and I'm blown away.The service is the first thing you notice, warm welcome and quickly shown to you table.Good selection of drinks on offer, a number of draft larger's and selection of bottled drinks to choose from.We opted to the buffet option as we wanted to try a selection of the menu, everything we chose was fresh and hot. Nothing is left in a heater, everything freshly cooked and portions not too large.We will be back again soon

Very friendly staff. Food was average. Lighting too cold for a restaurant atompshere- bright white spot lights instead of warm white- kitchen open plan- which is nice on one hard however we left smelling of the food. Good value for money- but more takeaway than restaurant standard for me sorry.

Please, don't waste your time or money here.Service clumsy and nonchalant but most importantly the food, when it came, was barely edible.With an exotic looking menu, and all main dishes around £12-15, one should expect better. Soups insipid and curries presumably bulk-reheated many times to leave vegetables as just a mush. Couldn't finish my meal so had a bite to eat when I got home.The restaurant is next door to down-market Hampton by Hilton hotel and Pan-Asia hopes to take their customers for evening meals. Don't be fooled.There's a whiff of unreality here. This place has been open for a couple of years, mostly with more staff that diners at any one time. How do they survive financially without some far east funny money support?

Great food, Filet Steak stir fry in Capitol sauce is amazing!

We didn't enjoy the food so much, it may have been precooked. Large area with comfortable seats. Not hard to find a table, also a large range on the menu - the kitchen is a range of Asian cuisines.
