Paddington Village Multi-Storey Car Park
Had to park here for my appointment at clatterbridge cancer hospital. Its very easy to find ,at first it gives the impression it's closed because all the shutters where down until you pull up to the shutter. Then it opens to reveal the barriers where you get your ticket. Level 9-12 are for free parking for the hospital. The lifts are clean and easy to use (no bad smells )...just make sure you validate your ticket at the hospital to get out for free..nice secure very safe lots of camera's to make you feel safe .

Easy access and plenty of spaces to park in a good location for getting into the city. Lift access to floors and stairs as well. Clean and well maintained.

I'm a contract user, started using this carpark on August 2023, ANPR worked ok for 5 weeks, then failed, on entry not exit, the customer service reps, always superb in letting me in, suggested a Mayfair" card as it seems my personal plate could be an issue with ANPR

Paddington Village Multi-Storey Car Park
This is a safe secure and modern car park with wide spaces and very easy wide ramps between the floors. It provides free parking and a free minibus service to patients receiving treatment at the Clatterbridge Hospital in Pembroke Place. It just makes a very stressful experience that little bit easier. Thank you.

Paddington Village Multi-Storey Car Park
This multi-storey car park is easy to find, and is convenient for the university and Clatterbridge Hospital. Or, an approx 15-minute walk to the city centre.Parking charges are reasonableIt's clean and well-lit, and feels secure.It's easy to manoeuvre round in a car, and there were plenty of spaces when I visited (Sunday daytime/early evening).There's lift access for wheelchair users.

Shuttle bus to / from Clatterbridge Hospital a big bonus ( hospital literature states it's 5 minute walk away ??? ) only minus point for patients / visitors is parking is restricted to level 9 and above on arrival a 2:20pm there were spaces from level 4 up, levels 5 upward were effectively empty

All good for parking .. absolute joke getting out, should not take 40 minutes to get out of the car park and then another 20 stuck in a jam. Poor road planning adds to the pain of using this car park.

Nice clean multi storey cat park. I was confused when I turned up and there were closed shutters across the entrance but as you approach they open up. Collect a ticket at the barrier and then find your space to park.Payment can be made at the machines at the pedestrian entrance/exit.Clatterbridge have a shuttle service which picks up over the road every 15 minutes which is handy if you don't want to walk to the hospital from the car park

Paddington Village Multi-Storey Car Park
Nice car park: poor ticket machines. Paid via Apple Pay at the ticket machine, on the ground floor…got to the barrier: payment still pending. Barrier help button assistant, said pay again, the first payment won’t be taken. Now two payments taken, been in the LCC telephone triage for 45mins. Apparently, the ticket machines are run by a separate company, not LCC. My advice, pay at the barrier - forget the ticket machine at the lifts.
