Am very happy with the service and level of quality from Anglian Automation when they fitted our electric gate. They worked hard and fast to get the gate fitted to schedule, even though the original date was delayed due to the extra bank holiday in September - and still finished it early. Very friendly, competent and polite and the gate itself is fantastic quality. Many thanks.

I have a 2 leaf gate that AA automated for me. A combination of ambiguous communications by email and either lack of product knowledge (on the motors/mechanics) or experience, meant the gates did not open wide enough when the sub-contractors tested them on completion of the installation - which was brilliantly done by the way. AA ordered the wrong parts initially despite a survey being performed by Jay.Another part ordered by AA to fix the issue but only for 1 leaf. I did not know that as the conversation was between the contractors and Jay at AA and then a few days later a box arrived and then the installers came back to fit the new part. They left (I was at work) and I got home to a surprise.I have one leaf that opens fully and the other by 50% less than it should. A bill of over £600 was sent to me in order to get them both to open symmetrically - which I declined.My advice is to check everything carefully as AA apparently do not. And ask if they have done your type of installation before as in my case with the gates hinged on the rear of pillars, they admitted they didn’t know the gates would not open to my specification (140degrees).I have half baked automatic gates that annoy me every single time they move and it’s circa £5,300 of my hard earned cash that I feel very disappointed about.Jay had a personal tragedy during all of this which he’s done amazingly to carry on. My hat off to him for that.

Used this company a couple of times now for 2 of my customers where they wanted remotely controlled gates to go along with the security system I was fitting at the premises. Integrated them into the intercom system with ease, fitted lovely swing gates on one site & a big sliding gate on the other. Competitively priced, highly skilled, a clean, tidy, friendly team to work with. This firm comes highly recommended 5* from me

Jay was super helpful and flexible with his approach to our problem and was able to to quickly and professionally deal with some install issues that no one else could sort.I shopped around for ages and found that Anglian Automation were the most helpful, professional and easy to deal with than the their competitors. Jay is fantastic and so so helpful, call, text and email he is on it and the office is great as well. He has solved so many issues and also, has, using the app, added numbers programmed the gates and got me out of a hole. You can't go wrong with these guys!
