If I could give no Stars I would food was disgusting chips were all bad shocked the cooks and staff assistants think this is acceptable 14pound went straight in the bin this chippy needs reporting to health and safety am in total shock

Very dirty place. Doesn't look clean behind the counter. Staff could murder you for walking in just before closing. This was the number one chippy in kirkby 10 years ago. But probably the worst now. The owners should take a trip to westvale and look at the difference in woks cooking and food for thought. Maybe then you'll get better standards

I've been eating food from this chippy for over 20 years now - before it was GW's. . .Ended up calling in there last night about 7.30pm. It was -2°C and the warmth was a welcome relief from the Christmas cold outside as I'd walked there. I hadn't used this place for months.Greeted with a cheery smile from the girl behind the counter! I ordered fish&chips but had to wait ten mins for a freshly fried fish - no problem!Whilst I was there the delivery guy absolutely loaded up his van with tons of food - so they're busy! Several customers happily came and went with their food with no problems.Fish&Chips! - Salt&vinegar Mate?" err "yes please and a carton of curry".Off I went - got home

I don’t often leave reviews but seeing how this place has been reviewed upsets me.I had a Char Siu curry, fried rice, chips and Salt and Chilli wings and they were absolutely lovely. Food was wonderful and I would recommend to anyone.

If you go in person expect to wait,even if you are the only one there,telephone orders come first by the look of it.

Always a great Chinese. Too many favourites...Yellowbean, Mongolian lamb, crispy chilli chicken and their salt and pepper chicken is spot on. Delivery girl is always lovely.

I was very happy with the meal. Everything was spot on. I recommend boneless ribs in pecking sause .
