Thackerays Man+Woman

Not quite the choice of clothes they were selling ten years ago, but still decent enough and at least you get to see and feel before you actually buy. The customer experience is something they’re very big on here, so expect very attentive service from the moment you walk in - I know some don’t like it, but I personally don’t have an issue with it. My only gripe is the limited amount of Stone Island clothing that they hold on the shelves, but I appreciate how hard it is to keep this in stock due to the resurgence in popularity and how slowly Stone Island distribute it. Overall then it still remains the best shop in Northampton for designer clothing.

Worst place to spent your money at worse return policy and dead brand if you really want spent some money -1 might aswell throw your money over your shoulder

Categorically the best shopping experience I have had today. I went in with my 3 year old and Immediately he made friends with Daisy. Jake kindly helped me search through jeans, even stock that hasn't hit the shelves yet. I only left with a beautiful t-shirt but I am so happy I went there today, the level of effort and service is beyond anything I've ever experienced. Thank you all!

Really great selection of clothes my new favourite place to shop, the prices are very fair for the brands and quality of the products. The staff inside are soo helpful and welcoming adding to the whole experience of the shop. Well worth checking out along with there sister stores circus and thackerys vintage.

DON'T BUY GIFTS/PRESENTS IN STORE!!If you are shopping as a gift or present, buy ONLINE and not in store. Thackerays have a policy where they will not refund to your card if you don't like items purchased in store. However, consumer rights legislation requires online sellers to refund unwanted items, i.e. if you buy your gift from Thackerays online then you can return it no problem, but make the mistake of buying in store and all they'll do is offer you an exchange or gift vouchers.Made this mistake and I now have £100's of unwanted goods as I can't find anything else in store that I like or is a viable purchase (£135 for a Vivienne Westwood t-shirt, you're having a laugh surely?)

I have to say how impressed I am with the customer service in this shop. I went to purchase a suit and was seen by Jake and can only commend his professional honest approach.Staff at Thackeray's don't try the awful cheesy sales approach, they listen, work with you and recommend something based on what they can provide.I rang the shop a few days before I had planned to visit and gave Jake an idea exactly what type of suit I was looking for and he sorted through the stock and had items lined up ready for when I arrived.Too many other shops have staff who are either too young to hold a conversation or look down on you because you don't want to dress the same as they do.This place is worth a visit for tailoring and make ensure you strike up a conversation if you're looking for something in particular, they're happy to talk to you about stock they may have stored elsewhere.
