I had two nail shellacs at this place which were OK. In fact one of the manicures/shellac by an older lady was excellent. The third visit was a disaster. The young man hardly spoke to me and had a terrible manner. The shellac was thick and horrible and started to come off two days later. It is quite an uncomfortable environment where the staff chatter to each other in their own language but do not attempt to talk to their customers directly. A few words would have been nice. Anyway I will not be going there again.

I recently had my nails done here. After two days they begun to chip. I called to explain they agreed to fix begrudgingly and I explained I was on holiday and would be back next Saturday. When I called to organise a time to come in and explained after the initial conversation every finger had chipped. They refused to to fix the nails and begun to blame me for the nails chipping. I found them to be extremely rude and dismissive and disrespectful towards me. I had a friend and her daughter come at the same time and there treatments are still intact. They turned a treat into a very negative experience for me. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.

By far the best nail salon I’ve been to. Clean, organised and lovely service. I always get compliments on my nails and the shellac is of such high quality, it lasts for 6-8 weeks!! (And that’s with hands that cook and clean a lot). Will not be going elsewhere.

Tom did my daughter nails. He did an amazing job. Shop looks clean and tidy. Very busy place but im not supriced. Thank you Tom, we will be back.

LOVED that you can pay with card. They had a water machine. Chairs are comfy and staff are very polite and accommodating when you ask for adjustments to nails. I had full set acrylic with design and she really took her time.My husband had a many pedi but said it wasn't as thorough as he likes. That being said he didn't ask for adjustments and in all honesty I think if he did they would have accommodated. He’ll give them another try and go from there.I recommend booking an appointment in advance as they get super busy Friday through weekend. I went in at 10:15 on a Friday and they couldn't see me till 2:45pm. Do keep in mind they take a deposit for your appointment.

I have never met such rude staffIt’s almost like they didn’t want to talk to me at allI said I don’t like the shape of my nails can you fix it, they guy said no it’s fineWhen asked if I was done he said no, he came back put some cuticle oil didn’t say anything and I’m just sat there till someone else told me I’m done, like it baffles me he didn’t say he’s done he just moved on to the next personWould never go here again

Been to a lot of nail shops but these has been the best by far. Great service and my feet look great the lady who done my feet payed attention to detail. Will definitely be returning.

I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure using gel polish on bothI had an appointment but was late being seen. Some of the staff was rude and at one point whilst filing my nail, he pushed my hand asideI was charged extra money for a very basic tip on my toesAnd charged an extra 11 pound for having a different colour on each nail although in hindsight the same amount of police was used. I will not use this salon again, nor will I recommend it to anyone elseOver priced for basic nails

I came on Sunday for a full set and a pedicure. I sat down quickly and the guy started my hands. At the end whilst putting on the moisturiser noticed issues with the acrylic and application of shellac. I pointed this out and said it was a little messy at the sides and ends. He told me it wasn’t messy but tried to fix the top of the nails begrudgingly. He was speaking in his native language to the others and it was very clear he was talking about me. At this point I told the man I had a pedicure booked but needed to pay for the nails…I went to the chair. The man who seemed to own the salon ( didn’t do much whilst everyone was working) came to me at the chair and started saying you need to pay for the pedicure. I said oh I thought I’d paid for that but I needed to pay for nails. He said no and started showing me. I really didn’t care about the price as I don’t have an issue paying whatever the price was but I felt very uncomfortable being challenged about payment when I’d booked and partially paid. I had not tried to escape. I was in a chair. At the end of the pedicure (which was fine) I sat down to have my nails fixed (-as they were a mess, particularly when charging 35 quid) and they clearly started talking about it again. A very uncomfortable visit. Will not be visiting again.The response is inadequate. At no point did I suggest I was not going to pay. I told the man who did my nails that I had paid for one and need to pay for the other, so please do not write a reply suggesting I didn’t want to pay or that I thought £35 was going to get me two treatments!If you’d bothered to notice, you’d know I was unhappy as soon as I saw my ridiculous nails. Thick and messy.The photo is what my hand looks like after doing them yesterday. Not good at all. I suggest you save your money.

I was booked for biab with gel finish, one lady started the process with my hand and in the middle of the process, it was given to a man to finish. I was not very pleased but she told me he will do it quicker. I had biab before and I know how it's done, this time , this guy he only used one coat of the biab builder which I was a bit concerned but didn't say anything because he seemed quite defensive and rude. When I told him to remove my cuticles which other salon does for free, he told me he will charge me £6 for it, which I paid anyway. Last but not least , I have some gems placed on 2 of my fingers which sadly fell off in 2 days. Not really impressed, would never use this salon again
