The Whisky Exchange - London Bridge Shop

This shop has a fantastic selection including a massive number of Scotch whiskeys. They have everything from blends to extremely rare bottles at all price points. The displays are beautifully presented and kept and the sales force was very knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. Great experience to visit, highly recommend for any whiskey lover.

I cannot say how amazing and patient the staff at the Whiskey Exchange are! My father is impossible to shop for and Nelson and Andrews made sure to take time helping us while I spoke to my father on video call trying to decide what he wanted from the store. Their selection was wide ranging in type, price, and uniqueness which was right up my father's alley. We will be back as soon as I can get him to London. I cannot recommend TWE enough

That shop was pure torture. They had just about every kind of spirits you could image. And a GREAT selection of whiskeys. While we were there they had an Australian Whiskey tasting, some were very nice. The shop is just down from the Borough Market Place, and close to The Shard. Just wish I could have taken some with me.

Genuinely the most disappointing experience I have ever had in a whisky shop.The short version is 7 seven staff members standing around, and not an ounce of enthusiasm or customer service from a single one of them. An impressive display of whisky, but that's where the impressiveness ends. Read below if you want the details.A group of friends clubbed together for a friend's birthday in Dubai. We went in to collect, an order worth over £900. There were 7 staff standing around doing nothing. Not one of the 7 even acknowledged us. We approached one and asked to collect the order. They brought out a bag, and we said that doesn't look like everything. They assured us it was. We couldn't check because it was all wrapped up for travel. We pushed and they went back to look, and sure enough, there was another bag. We then asked for an invoice for airport security. They couldn't print one apparently. They also couldn't be less interested in offering any other solutions. When I asked for a bit of customer service, they suggested emailing them the invoice from their system, so they could print it.It was a Thursday afternoon, and we'd just bought £900 worth of whisky. We fancied a bottle or two for ourselves. We asked a few questions, and again, it was as if we were interrupting their day by daring to be a customer. They were not interested in selling us anything or providing the slightest bit of customer service or enthusiasm.We left having not tasted or even sniffed a whisky, and not bought anything for ourselves.

The most incredible liquor store I've ever been in. They had such great selection of every type of spirit, and the staff were very helpful and personable. Highly recommend a visit, if not to find something special, then to gawk at the rare bottles they have on display.

I came in looking for a bottle of whisky for a family friend and was served by Henry, who was fantastic! I wasn't entirely sure what type of whisky to buy so I was recommended four or five within my price range. Henry made the effort to explain the whiskys in detail so I was able to make an informed choice. Lovely shop, great staff. I will certainly be returning!

Amazing selection of alcohol, possibly the largest and most impressive selection I have seen. Customer service - non existent! One person told us they couldn't serve us as they were with another customer (fair enough). I walked around for a decent 10mins, not one of the four staff offered to help or seem bothered to offer recommendations. I took a pic of the store as I thought it was impressive. Annoyingly at the time the staff were in the way but I guess it captures how uninterested they were.
