Short Stay Parking Terminal 4

Way to dam expensive, on top of which half of the parking payment machines don't work and every machine is located half a mile apart from each other. Just to make you pay more by increasing the parking time as it takes you a good amount of time to reach another machine if one of them is not working. Which is a real pain as even if u exceed a single second the price increases way beyond the imagination.

Not sure what the ate building in the parking these days, but alot of construction work ongoing.That too on top of alot of bays being leased to various meet & greet services.Not enough parking during busy hours

Payment machines are there only on certain floors. Card contactless tap wasn’t working and had to restart the transaction all over thrice. During that time price increased by 2-3£.Could find parking space easily though.

Easy enough to find and well sign posted.Well lit but it was the daytime when I went.You go in from the top and then drive down the 3 levels.When you drive up, as you get to the top be in the right hand lane to go into car park. If you are in the left lane, that is for the drop off point, which is a £5 charge.The exit is on the bottom level (level 1) and the disability parking is on that level too. Arrivals are also on that level too and the disability parking is near the exit and close to getting into the Arrivals Lounge.Only issue is when we went they had blocked several of the disability parking spaces.Price wise, as of Oct 2023, up to 29 minutes was £6, 30-44 mins was £9.50, £12.70 up to 59 mins, £16 up to 2 hours. More prices are online if you need to stay longer.

The places and staff is very friendly but the parking charge and drop off is been increased the price also if you don't meet the ulez compliant you have to pay 12.50 per day.I have attached the new short stay parking fees

Easy passenger drop-off because not very crowded and plenty of space to stop and get a trolley. As usual with parking companies the admin for the parking payment is deliberately unclear. I don't know why they're always like this.

Very convenient parking. I would use this short stay car park instead of drop off zone bcz this parking only cost 6 pound for 30 minutes stay. But drop off cost 5 pounds just for dropping off and leave so if you want to give a wave to your loved ones short stay is perfect.

Absolute mayhem. Lots of works happening at the short stay car park. Took 25 mins to enter, and then our meet and greet was delayed picking up our car by 30 minutes. Will not be using this car park in a hurry!

Very pricey but easy to get to. They are doing some work at the moment but there are still plenty of spaces, at least when I parked there. Also, they increased the price by a few quid. Quite narrow spaces and on top of that people with SUVs park on 2 spots so you have to avoid those otherwise you might get your car scratched or worse, hit.

Well informative sign boards.. Easy to reach.Little expensive for drop off - £5
