I an very great full the wonderful work you guys do, helping those who are in need. Fantastic work very well appreciated.

Poor Service. I wouldn’t recommend using this if you want to end it all. They treat you like a child and don’t give you any help.If I knew what help I needed I wouldn’t have come to you. Maybe consider that people really struggling with mental health issues may not be in the best place to help themselves.I would also recommend avoiding the talking sessions, unless you know exactly what help you need this service is useless. I feel worse off than when I originally asked for help.

These reviews are fake. Personally if I could put zero I would. Its a crisis line yet the staff are dismissive and have attitude when all you're doing is reaching out for help. I had a woman ask me in an arrogant manner what do u want me to do i have other people who i need to speak to " this was after my daughter died and all I wanted to do was join her. This isn't a job for everybody especially not selfish and cold individuals."
