Don't waste your time! They valued my car at £2,300, i called within 5 days to make an appointment and they told me that i had to value my car on their site again as the appointment would not be within 5 days. The quote had gone down to £1,900 by then, and i reluctantly accepted it. When they came to value the car, they offered me £1,000 which was a joke, their next offer was only £1,200. They said that there was nothing wrong with the car, it is just how much it is worth on that day. Why give you a valuation for a car that is valid for 5 days if that is the case? Why not call you on the morning of the valuation and tell you how much it is worth? Because it's not true! An hour of my life i won't get back.....

I would personally steer clear, I've been offered one price for my car last week and it was ment to be picked up today but I cancelled due to changing the log book to keep my original plate, redone a valuation with them today and they offered £12 more?. Cars ment to be picked up Friday and I've arranged buying another car, just got a phone call saying they have basically looked into it and they are now lowering there valuation buy £3,671.That offer is lower then we buy any car, please guys and girls use another company, you will get a great offer untill they come to your door and try and barter you down on price,DONT BE FOOLED BUY THERE VALUATION AS YOU WONT GET IT, I RECOMMEND MOTORWAY OR CARWOW.I really should of read the reviews below as now I've seen the pattern that this is normal, I'm sure they will write back as they have on there previous reviews but the proofs there

Just collecting data to sell to third parties.As with everyone else, I completed the online valuation totally honestly, stating the scratches to paint on all panels and scratched alloys, plus only part service and one key.Booked appointment where bloke then offered £1200 less than online valuation because of 'paintwork damage and only part service'. So nothing I hadn't already told them. Totally unjustified massive reduction.Surely just selling my data on and were never interested in the car.Avoid at all costs.Reference 7703473.

Came out to inspect daughter's car. Took over an hour of my time, fussing about to then offer me over £800 less than original email offer. What a joke! Don't let them waste your time!

Awful, dropped the price by 25% when they turned up, my car is in good condition but they dropped because of the miles, although they knew the mileage on pre-inspection? We buy any car is much better

Absolute brilliant company to deal with!!!! The inspector was amazing and such a gentleman!!! His name is Will and MONEY4YOURMOTORS you really do have an amazing person working for you guys!!!! Quoted me a price online and was paid the price quoted!!!! Only go to company to use when selling your car!!!!

Inspector was very nice and pleasant.Valuation of car at start was good final offer was almost £1300 less after visit. Being told that if we accept the offer they will then collect car withib 14 days, to be told on the day they no longer uplift and there's a fee of £125 to come off the offer. Your buying my car I shouldn't be be paying you a fee to take it away and a fee to make an offer. So for this 2 stars and that's genuinely just for the inspector who made the effort to come out. No I wouldn't recommend you and no I wouldn't use you again.

Don't waste your time!! First valuation £10,935 booked appointment for someone to come out. Just to be told final price £9,200. Nothing to do with condition of the car was just told it's expecting a cap valuation drop. What a waste of time!!Reference: 8138373

Complete and utter rip off! I would NOT recommend this company, they give you an online valuation, valid for 5 days, they turn up on the day to suit you then offer £1,500 less!

Very disapointed. I was told to have the car , keys, log book and service history ready for the purchaser who will come and assess the vehicle and they will pay there and then to enable the purchaser to take the vehicle.I waited all day in the house, soon as I got back to work which is not very far from the house, I had a phone call from a young man telling me he will be taking photos of the car, and will send to the company so they can make me an offer. So very misleading communication. He also told me, the company won't pay me the price the have quoted online, it would rather be £700-£800 less than the quoted value and also admin fee.
