We have been working with Design Storey to refurbish and extend a Cotswold cottage and outbuildings. The team has been fantastic to work with - very good at understanding and responding to our brief, and innovative in their proposed design solutions. They have been especially good at dealing with the implications of working on a site of archaeological significance and navigating a successful process with Historic England. I really like that Lydia and the team take a very holistic approach, incorporating interior and landscape design.

Excellent team at Design Storey. They helped us convert an old Cotswolds cowshed into our dream home. A challenging project; especially given we were sometimes based over 150 miles away during the build. From planning the space together, dealing with conservation issues through to appointing builders and overseeing the project, they held our hands each step of the way. We now have a beautiful, bespoke home in the heart of the Cotswolds thanks to Design Storey. We will definitely reappoint both Lawrence and Lydia should we be lucky enough to find another exciting conversion opportunity.

I was inspired by Design Storey's work in The Cotswolds so when an opportunity arose to develop a barn in a countryside location, I felt sure they were the right fit for me. Lydia and her team are a delight to work with and quickly grasped a clear understanding of my objectives. They imagined and presented ideas I hadn't considered and the design concept they produced has far exceeded my expectations.
