A6 Van & Car Hire

Quick and easy. I rented a long wheel base van from here with no issues. The owners dog was my favorite part of coming here.

Don’t bother! Arranged a rental van earlier today. Got there to be told that the van I had hired wasn’t available. Didn’t bother to call me to let me know prior to me driving there. When I arrived he proceeded to work on an email for around 10 minutes. Clearly that was more important than a waiting customer. When he eventually got round to dealing with the hire he said that a download copy of a utility bill wasn’t acceptable, but he could charge me £5 to check the address! When I pointed out that few people have original copies these days he proceeded to point at a list of “rules”. At that point I told him to forget it and walked out! Why are so many British businesses like this?

These chaps helped me out very short notice with q van hire. Had an emergency due to a flood. They were very helpful ane sorted me out. The van was in very good condition and was not old or dirty. Very pleaaed with their service. They even gave me a mask to help me grab an Uber after I'd returned the van. Will definitely use them again.
