Have tried contacting this company via phone and email regarding a sofa that I had delivered which is damaged and broken. Seams on cushions coming apart arms of the chair are broken the sofa is completely unacceptable.!! Delivered by a gentlemen with a broken arm. So disappointed as had a sofa from here previously and never had any issues would expect a replacement or refund and a reply when a returning customer has a less then satisfactory experience!

We have had beds and sofas for 3 of our property and we have never had a problem, they have even delivered twice up to Liverpool for us, nothing is too much trouble for them, definitely recommend

Fantastic!The lady in the shop is so friendly & helpful, it’s a pleasure to deal with her.The delivery lads are great, no problem with taking beds up 2 flights of stairs.The divan beds I ordered are very nice & reasonably priced.Highly recommended NOCT OFFS.
