I whole heartedly disagree with other comments written about the work Ms Robbins delivers, our experiences are clearly very different. I couldn’t recommend Michelle enough. I have experienced Governors review, safeguarding whole sch audit and safer recruitment training over a number of years from Michelle. She is wise, compassionate, generous, organised, thorough and makes a huge long lasting impact. With Michelle’s training schools genuinely become safer places. I am Head of Governance at the London Diocesan Board for Schools, and Michele provided Safer Recruitment training to governors and trustees in our 160+ schools for more than a decade. Her training is always very well received, with excellent feedback. She is professional, responsive, and up to date with changes to statutory guidance and policy. We were particularly impressed by the speed with which she moved to online training during the pandemic, which meant that the training offer to our schools continued seamlessly.

Wondering why anyone could be negative about Michele’s work? We find that her training cuts straight to the point; enables governors and staff in accessible ways and, if embraced as intended, delivers excellence. We have adopted many of her model documents to help our school improvement. We will be very keen to sign up for Zoom training for the new school year and I know that many of my HT colleagues think the same. Value for money and A* quality all the way.London Headteacher

Michelle Was asked to complete a niche review of policy and procedure at our school. Initially she seemed enthusiastic and helpful towards the governing body but as time passed, her manner and demeanour changed as we started to query her work. In the end, she had to be be replaced by someone significantly more competent. Unfortunately I would not recommend Michele.

Michele has run our Safer Recruitment courses for governors for a number of years now. We always have very good reviews from our attendees about her professionalism and in-depth knowledge and if she doesn't know the answer she always researches and comes back to them. They prefer coming to this course rather than doing it on-line as they say they get more out of it.
