Flew today on a bank holiday. The sheer lack of staff was a joke. Don't put flights on if cannot staff the airport. 25 minute wait to give cases and print boarding cards due to 1 desk open. 1hour and 25 minutes in the que to get through security with a 3 and 4 year old. With only 2 secutiry areas open. No one to help or answer any questions. No announcement to say whilst in the que if you were on final call you could get put through quicker. The whole experience was a joke. No warning to arrive hours before flight. The amount if people who missed there flight was shocking.

Airport has gone downhill. Retail outlets and food choices are terrible. Priority security queue was not given Priority over non-priority.The airport needs to up it's game to at least match Edinburgh in order to attract higher footfall and more international/longer hall routes

I can't give zero stars, so this gets an un-earned single star. Priority lane is useless, it merges with the regular lane right away. I feel bad for anyone tricked into paying 4.99 for this.

Very efficient despite the number of people. They had seven or eight checkers, so went quite fast.

Absolute farce at passport control queued for almost 1 hour and 30 mins just to have my passport checked. Not to mention no explanation from staff as to why, nowhere to get water and if you want a toilet your basically putting yourself back at the end of the queue. Not even a tannoy announcement to apologise or give any information. When a staff member eventually appeared we were told there's nothing she can do it's uk border force and their policies. Absolute disgrace
