ordered 6 boxes of 48 mugs ,turned up with 1 box totally destroyed , look like it had be run over, and was repackaged by dpd, also some others were broke in the other boxes, 52 in total, left a message with them with the we will be back in 24hr" bit (joke) asking if they could send replacements as this was for a order

I ordered a Galaxy tumbler press from Subliblanks that came with an additional heating element. The order arrived next day and I was updated with tracking information which was great. The additional heating element appeared to not fit the machine so I messaged them on What'sApp for help. I got an instant response and the person assisting was extremely helpful. They even sent me a little video of what I needed to do to resolve the issue I was having. I highly recommend this company and definitely will be returning for additional purchases.

Placed my first order but wanted to add more items to the order and called nine times over a period of 3 hours but could not not get through at all - terrible customer service !!! doubt I'll ever order from these people ever again---------This is in response to your reply --------Your whatsapp does not work - I tried before writing this review also your live chat is not on - Your site clearly says ' This is not a live chat this is our quick and easy email system ' why don't you put an additional mobile number if you know your phones aren't working - why do we have to communicate through Google reviews ????????

I bought a mug press, used it twice and it stopped working.
