The Dulais cafe
Was looking for a typical cafe breakfast close to home and Butty Box is virtually on my doorstep and was just what I was looking for. Food well priced and portion sizes were good. The ladies working there were very friendly and helpful. Nice informal and chilled atmosphere, typical old school cafe style. Will definitely be returning.

Extremely glad I came here. Best experience from my month in Wales by far. Matt the manager is a great person.

Myself and husband went there for breakfast.I just had toast but my husband had the regular breakfast which looked delicious and he said it was one of the best he had in a long time. The sausage was thick and the bacon very lean. And the prices very good. The service was lovely and definitely go back.

Visited for the first time. All the staff especially the owner were really welcoming and friendly. The place was very clean and the prices were great. I had a vegetarian breakfast, my 2 year old had a small breakfast and my husband had a large. We were so impressed by the quality of food! Would absolutely recommend and will 100% be returning. Our new favourite breakfast spot

Ordered food with the wife. Had mine 30 minutes later than hers .when it did turn up it was wrong. They took it back and scrapped food off and put what I ordered. Not worth the money .Will never return. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

My nephew won a voucher feom a raffle in G&K academy to spend here but was from the original owner so technically not valid but then new owner was soooo nice and he said he would honour it by paying for it out of his own pocket (so lovely). The atmosphere was bright and welcoming amd i can wait to come back again

Enjoyed brunch and price wasn't too bad, it can get better and is just starting up so given then benefit of the doubt and will update on next visit.Sausage was skinny which I haven't seen much before on a large breakfast. Staff seems to bicker but then we're accommodating and helpful more than not. It was quiet in there, maybe background music needed. Generally OK for a visit and I will go back because there isn't much like this in Pontardulais anymore. The other places are posh or a pasty shop.

New owners and vastly superior to the previously underwhelming Butty Box. Great atmosphere with friendly staff and reminds me of the original Cafe. Love it. 5 stars
