I first came across ‘The Baby Cot Shop’ when browsing on instagram. I was looking for a luxurious crib and rocking chair that was unique and different to others on the market. After sending an initial message, I was delighted to receive such a prompt and friendly reply. I was offered an appointment to view and discuss the items in more detail. We was greeted with a big smile by Lizete who was just so lovely - nothing was too much to ask, she offered advise along with her expertise. We placed our order for a beautiful ‘Antique Lace Bassinet’ and the extremely comfortable Salome nursing chair’ and was kept informed regularly in regards to any updates and the delivery. Lizete even contacted us after our furniture was delivered, to see if everything was well and we were happy. We are over the moon with our nursery furniture - First class service, luxury beautiful items and excellent communication!Thank-you again
