I had been sent the wrong item from a internet order. The staff in Junction 1 shop corrected the mistake with minimum fuss. The measure of any shop is how they handle mistakes and this store made it all very easy. My fault for using the internet instead of a real store.

Staff friendly and my return instantly processed without question. Sadly end of season sails in such places is selling odd sieved items so of limited interest to me. Still worth a browse though.

Good for a bargain. Strange the feeling you get when you walk in? You start to feel like Bear Grills and if you stay long enough and browse the bargains you will leave here looking like him too. Worth a visit.

Ok store. Staff don’t pester you when you arrive in store. Good selection of items for male female and kids. The prices are lower for the merchandise than other outdoor stores. Good shopping experience.

Excellent store. Loads of good quality stuff for a smallish shop (think they're moving shortly to bigger premises) and the staff are really pleasant and helpful. Hate shopping but it's one place I don't mind going in to for a wander round.

Staff all very helpful after their online order and customer service let me down big time. They went above and beyond to try and resolve my issue, even offering to drive to Banbridge if the items I needed were in stock there. Well done Lawrence and Christina!

Called in to exchange a gift that had been bought for me via the online store. Leanne (who was on duty) was very helpful in sorting out delivery of the replacement as they didn’t have the exact item in store. Great service!
