RBS Inverness Chief Office

Awful they make you take a seat for service that you end up speaking to the people that you would have spoken to if they had just left you in the que it just wastes 40 minutes of your day. To the point I might change my bank!!!!

I would give no stars if I could. The RBS has caused us weeks of anxiety and upset because my husband can't access his account and I am having to pay for everything and am overdrawn. In December my husband's laptop was hacked and he had to cancel all his bank cards. New cards were sent to our old address in Edinburgh where we had not lived for 12 years. We now live on a Western Isle - so no facilities here. We phoned, we emailed. Finally before Christmas, we took the ferry to Inverness and went into the bank on Harbour Road. We were promised new bank cards by Christmas and if not the New Year. It is January 16th, and my husband still has no cards. He cannot access his account. On the phone, there is a robot, and it seems there is no-one in this bank who can get cards to our address here. What are we supposed to do with rent to pay and a second hand car to buy? Customer service and care is atrocious.

Cash machine couldn't count my money.after 3 attempts gave me it back and I had to stand in queue.45 minutes just to pop in and deposit cash.pathetic

Staff are eager, keen, and helpful; however the disabled parking (2 spaces) are constantly abused by non disabled customers using them. Despite several previous promises, nothing has been done to combat this. This means on many occasions l, and many other people with disabilities are unable to access the bank :(

My Aunt went to Royal Bank in the Longman Rd Inverness. Woman outside was very rude and tyrannical. My Aunt is 82yrs old. Woman asked why she not using the latest technology

For the first time in ages I was satisfied with the service we received here. Cashier was very helpful and dealt with our queries in an efficient manner.

We are very disappointed with the dealings we have had with the RBS. We have been trying to close a business accounts with you and it seems to be an impossible task. Meantime we are getting charge £5.00 each month that this continues. We have been told that we have to write to your branch,Yours John Chapple

Absolutely love this branch, I always find the staff to be super helpful and Laura ended up working through her lunch hour to help me with my account, thankyou.

Banking with RBS has increasingly become difficult, inequitable and antagonistic over recent years. Although the staff here are polite, friendly and helpful the times I've had gone into the main branch so much of it is being done online these days and I'm afraid their service leaves a lot to be desired :(

Have never really been inside a branch before, preferring to do most of my banking online,however, when I needed to use their services,in the branch,you couldn't find more helpful and attentive staff, it just shows that RBS is still a great banking institution. Many thanks for everything.
