Both Martin and Karyn have been fantastic. I purchased a window and French door (supply only) for an extension.They both took their time ensuring I had all the necessary information and to make sure it met the latest building regulations. None of the other supply only companies offered such support.Ultimate UPVC Repairs also offered a fantastic, competitive quote.I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends!

Excellent company, couldn’t believe the price to replace a bay window unit, other’s companies wanted more than £150 more. Came out to measure quickly, very professional. Fitted today excellent quality really pleased, Fitter was great happy , smiley, very friendly, won’t hesitate to recommend this company . Certainly will be using them in the future for further work.

Extremely professional company, they did have to cancel my appointment and rearrange due to a funeral, they gave me plenty of notice and communication was extremely good, when I called the office the lady on the other end was so helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The work (adjustment of bifolding doors) was carried out by the owner, who is very friendly, he's been in the trade for 20 year and let me tell you he knows his stuff, couldn't recommend them more, they are fantastic

Cannot express how friendly and helpful the owner is. My french door lock broke, I took photos and showed him, within 2 working days he'd got me a new lock at a great price and explained how to fit it. Saved me about £200 I will be using him next to replace my double glazed panes that get condensation in them.
