Very impressed with the service that I received from Jack at Disking Computers. Following a problem with my laptop, Jack was able to successfully recover the files (including many precious photos that I had not backed up!), and then assisted in recommending and sourcing a replacement laptop to meet my future needs and budget.

Have used Disking in Farnham for over 10 years and not only is their knowledge and expertise excellent but their customer service is too. They really go above and beyond to help and do their best to find a solution to suit your budget. So relieved when they managed to retrieve all the information from our computer, which suddenly ‘died’, and insert a new hard drive rather than going to the expense of buying a new computer. Highly recommend.

HDD failed in our low spec gaming PC, replaced this with an M2 SSD. We couldn't get windows to boot from a USB so I asked Disking [Farnham] to try. I paid for the OS install but they diagnosed a faulty M2 drive. They were happy to wait whilst I replaced it with another and then installed the new drive AND Windows.Great, friendly service. Would happily recommend.

carried my pc all the way there, very friendly and quick service, manager was upset a staff member didn't clean my pc wasn't bothered by that, but its been about 8 month i just noticed the guy put my mother board in just carelessly didn't plug in a front fan he left it unplugged as tucked it under the mother board and left it in the rgb to look like it works fine. pc been running slightly hotter than normal but i thought it was fine and that id broken it. no dude just didn't plug in a simple fan which is like putting a Lego on a grid... and i can see the usb 3.0 for the rgb controller is not plugged in at all and not registering on my software.put my motherboard back in and made sure nothing was short circuited but there are better places out there and if you do have the time pcs are not that complex and are worth learning to fix.edit: i found the usb cable crammed above the power supply i ha to remove the motherboard and internals slightly to assign it to a socket. i paid £100 for services plus parts i am fairly disappointed to be honest. these parts not being plugged in makes an expensive computer feel like a rip of or something i broken when in reality its either someone who doesnt know much about the pc and its connective parts or is just too lazy to take 1 minute to plug in 2 sockets.

Excellent service throughout. I talked with Sam and Jack and they were both polite, friendly and helpful. They were able to quickly solve the issue of our laptop microphone not working efficiently, and also helped by installing updates to improve performance. I also witnessed another colleague there being very patient and helpful to an elderly lady who had an issue with her laptop wireless mouse. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place, for any PC/IT issue, and as trusted advisors.

Two very engaging young guys assisted me with my IT problem and talked in language I (as a non technical person) could understand. Highly recommended.
