Good selection of fruit and veg and the special offers. Good value for money and friendly helpful staff.Some 9f the prices are not displayed on the shelf so you have to watch that .

Went for eggs and coriander. Had neither.Different day, different ingredients. Mince meat, burger buns and hobgoblin. All in this time. So higher star rating.04/12/23What is it with this store? The staff never smile, don't excuse themselves when they bump pass you at the self service tills (when they are there) and there are more Amazon/just eat/deliveroo collection people than actual staff.

This must be the worst Morrisons in the country.Empty Shelves and poor customer service.I often travel to Keighley, Thornton and Elland stores because I'm confident they'll have what I want, unlike this store!

Very expensive to shop especially with the cost of living. They did have some special offers on but only saved 2p on it. The meat from there is so nice. I usually get some bits which they don't sell anywhere else.

Empty shelves constantly, in all areas, or poorly stocked shelves. Short dated fruit and vegetables. Old bread, obviously the fresh is picked through first for the amazon orders, then whatever is left makes it on to shelf. Home baked bread shelves more often than not empty whatever time you go. Meat shelves poorly stocked, or empty. A lot of it poorly butchered, or really just dog meat. Prices are expensive. Pallets and cages everywhere. No till staff. Amazon order pickers are just a nuisance, dumping their trolleys anywhere, blocking shelves, aisles. The pickers will literally grab items from shelves in front of you. Not a pleasant experience ever. Have shopped at morrisons for years, but just call there now for milk, or few bits. Would never do full shop, well you actually couldn't. Elland morrisons is far far better than illingworth. Just the roadworks to get there and back. So we use other supermarkets for most things.

yes Morrisons is ok, not our first choice for shopping, but had some reduced items listed that we use, probably wouldn't go to illingworth again a little out of the way for us, the best thing was the fact they have super duper swish plastic shopping trolleys with wheels that actually move!

It's a good supermarket for most your basic and some advanced items but doesn't sell mens glovesbor isn't in stock, not many male clothes

The cafe inside take ages to serve food, apparently I've been told they prioritize take away orders which causes huge delays in store.Not good for customers who are in the shop.Poor service
