I use this car park on a regular basis. £10 for a whole day of parking in Central London is very rare. The car park attendant is also very friendly and is willing to even park my car for me! Can't go wrong with this business, fully recommended!

We spent a weekend in central London and wanted to avoid the daily congestion charge - I was recommended this place. The place itself was REALLY easy to find, well signed etc. It does exactly as advertised and was resonably priced considering other options. The only reason I am giving it four stars and not five is because it is advertised as a patrolled car park but we did not see anyone close by and the barriers were always raised on both sides. It seems safe enough but, as I said, I didn't see anyone patrolling at any point. Our car was there from Friday to Sunday and we had no issues though! I would recommend this place.

Avoid for short stays. Probably ok instead of congestion charge but expensive and not user friendly.You have to prepay.: £8 for 3 hours, £15 per dayIf this place has a customer service we would like a refund.We arrived at 19.41 and were supposed to leave at 22.41. We arrived 30 mins late. We have no option but paying £15 on top of what we paid.£8 + 15= 23 for 3.5 hours.It is clearly indicated that you can extend by paying the difference if you have overrun. But then the machine does not offer you an option to not have to pay £15 again, not £8 as it says in the sign.No one would pick up the phone (outside office hours) and the website did not offer any option

Have received a fine because I remained in the car park for 13 minutes. The reason I was in the car park past the grace period of 10 minutes was to purchase a parking ticket, but the machine wouldn't let me (Something was faulty at the time and every time I tried to make payment it would not process). I went to get parking advice nearby at the ODEON cinema. I then decided to drive my car elsewhere but as I went over the 10 minutes grace period by 3 I have been charged with £60 fine. Trying to appeal but so far PCL are not giving in. Might have to pay £120 if I appeal again and it is unsuccessful.Avoid this place.

Don’t even think of parking here. I parked here for 3 hours and paid £10. I stayed 3 hours and 20 minutes and they charged me £10 more for just 20 minutes which is not really fait in my opinion. They charge £19 for a day. Not worth it really.

Cramped and some spaces are tight . But I had a good hassle free experience to be honest

WE PARK ALL OUR CARS IN THE CAR REGENCY CAR PARK IN SWISS COTTAGE. IT IS A VERY GOOD SERVICE. ACCESS & MONITORING IS 24/7 - WE HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM, BUT PAYMENT CAN BE MADE ONLINE OR AT THE ONSITE PLAYSTATION. THERE IS NO OTHER CAR PARK CLOSER TO SWISS COTTAGE TUBE STATION, SO IT MAKES IT VERY EASY TO PARK AT REGENCY CAR PARK, JUMP ON THE JUBILEE LINE AND ACCESS ALL PARTS OF LONDON - QUICKLY AND EASILY. MOST IMPORTANT - NO CONGESTION CHARGES - SO YOU SAVE £15.00 ON EVERY TRIP TO LONDON.

Paid for parking online. Arrived, could not enter car park as sign stating it was full" blocked the entrance. Emailed Parking Here the next day

My review is down to the customer service, or lack of when trying to amend/make/cancel bookings. Due to family illness il be no longer making the journey on the 16th December.Nowhere to request a refund and cancel the booking hopefully freeing up space for someone else. If i can get this resolved then by all means il be happy to leave an updated review! I also ended up with 3 booking confirmation emails when i’ve only paid for 1 which i’m worried i will be charged for?But again, nobody available to reply and update me and put me at ease.
