Took in a brand new Tiffany bracelet for my sisters 21st birthday for an engravement. Not only was the engravement not centeral, it was also wonkey. The bracelet was also scratched badly front and back on return. When queried aparrantly I was told “I did say it wouldn’t be perfect” (I do not remember being told this) and “it wasn’t like that when it left here”. So these scratches were all caused in the 2 minute ride from the shop to my house. If you have anything you care about, DONT take it here :-) Terrible craftsmanship

Locked myself out of my garage. Called these guys up at 7pm and arranged for them to come over at 4pm the next day. The guy who came over was really polite and changed the cylinder within 10 minutes! All for a very reasonable £60 as well. Great service.

Disgusted in this service...My daughter took an expensive pair of shoes in to a protective sole put on her shoes. And was quoted a price. When she returned to pick them up because the young man that done them said these are a very expensive pair of shoes you have here...so I need to charge you double the price you was quoted..luckily day daughter stood her ground and only paid the price she was quoted first...I've used this shop for years. Will not be using it anymore
