I went there today to grab a cake for my sons birthday. I got a cake that I needed, which was already made and was a quick in and out. A few minutes to write the desired words on the cake. Very good customer service and very polite staff. The cake is excellent. Would go in future if needed one.

I wanted to place an order for one hundred cupcakes but your website did not allow me to do it.I then phoned your store when it finally opened to be told by a very nice lady that I was unable to place my order by phone.That was a £400 per day orderYour stores have great products but you are so much up yourselves it's ridiculousI should point out this would have been every day for the next two weeks

Amazing. The best cake in the business. Very creamy and fluffy. It tastes very freshly made too. Compare the prices from other cake companies and you realise that the value is fantastic too. If I could give more stars I would.

One of the best cakes and a muffin I have had in a long time. They are located i the high street in the town centre. There service was straight forward from when you enter the shop, you receive a welcome and given time to choose items that you mr hearts desire. They then package it up for you and payment was easygoing for you to continue on your way

Should advise cake can’t be kept out of fridge for long. Four slices all mouldy as a result of long journey. Cake. No refund or a slice of cake. Not buying ever again.
