Fenton Sports

Review in two parts.... yes foolishly used Fentons a second time.October 2018Placed an order. Three bits showed as immediate delivery. Received email saying one of these was out of stock and wouldn't be available for 5 weeks!?!? The other two items not available until next week.Can't comprehend why something shows as available for next day when it isn't.Very annoyed and now have to go through the process of getting a refund.Wouldn't use them again!Update 01st September 2019Placed another order (based on previous experience shouldn't but only supplier of my sons rugby kit) and order was cancelled without any explanation and was refunded.Stay well clear

Firstly I would like to say a massive thank you to the team at the store who sat with me for over an hour to select all the products and kit they looked over every detail thoroughly with me and my business partner.I have just started up a new activity sports club and Simon at Fentons supplied all the equipment and also the kits for Netball, rugby, Football and Cricket. Amazing service and he gave us a great price for all the items ordered.I got all the equipment within a week and the custom kits came 3 weeks after sign off. Which is pretty impressive as I know most suppliers only offer 6-8 week delivery.My sports activity club is now growing rapidly and we send all our new members to Fenton Sports. :)

My order has just been refunded 2 months after it should have been despatched. Lost in the post apparently, only bothered to find out when I chased the order. I would recommend you don't buy anything from this company, the customer service is pretty much useless.

Simon is amazing!! Another batch of incredible tour shirts designed by ourselves (with help along the way) delivered just in tine despite our late request. Thank you!

Absolutely useless, run by lazy unhelpful staff. They certainly have no customer service skills and I really don't know how they have the ability to run a business. Been waiting 2 months for products ordered. Do not bother coming here for anything.

If you go into the shop the service is great, always find them helpful, however if you order something online the customer service is terrible to return anything, we ordered a pair of cricket whites and they were faulty and we have contacted them several times and still had no replacement or any form of contact

Good selection of rugby kit, not the cheapest but this is a high street store and we should support them before they all disappear. Very helpful staff, keen to help with things that are not on the shelf. Getting us samples to try. Do printing and embroidery. So for that something unusual they are good.

Unfortunately cannot give zero stars to post review, but they deserve it!Appallingly poor service, and lack even basic decency to acknowledge emails.They completely spoilt my son's trial for district representation, by failing to deliver the items ordered. Thank God for Amazon!I will be contacting Mastercard tomorrow asking for my money back. I definitely don't trust them to refund. They are untrustworthy and should be out of business.
