All receptionists are very friendly and helpful as well as the Vets/nurses. A special thank you to Kim who has recently spayed my lurcher Betty, she was very professional and explained the procedure and after care very well. She is very knowledgeable and cares about dogs.I'm happy to have my two dogs looked after by their team and it's definitely worth signing for their Dog Pet Health for Life plan :)

Had my two cats vaccinated and neutered here about two years ago and they were excellent then and just had my newest kitty go through the same here and it was fab again! My cats are very clingy and for all of them this was the first time in a strange place without me so I was worried but the staff were so reassuring and accommodating and really seemed to go above and beyond to make sure they weren't distressed. I've also had situations where I've not been able to afford a lot and they have always been very open and honest about costs and given no judgement for refusing things and offer alternative advice!

The treatment is second to none and staff are friendly and very informative in regards to my dog treatment

The staff at Avonvale southam and warwick are wonderful . Compassionate, supremely skilled professionals who care deeply for their patients and their owners .

All Avonvale staff are very professionally & kind.Penny was very caring & gentle with my dog when she examined him & gave him his yearly booster. My dog was happy to be handled by Penny & enjoyed the treats too :-)

I have been with this vets now for almost 10 years. Each time I go, I am met with a smile and a warm welcome. Wouldn't go anywhere else, they are so good with my animals.

These guys are fabulous, i booked my Oscar in as and emergency as he was feeling quite under the weather ( he was lethargic and wasnt up to his usual mischief) they saw him quickly and gave me a treatment regime that soon returned him to his regular self. Id like to add that they also offered me an oppoinment for 2 days time incase he didnt inprove they could run further tests ( this could be cancelled at no fee to me up untill the appointment) this gave me the peace of mind that he would get the best treatment in their hands.I also have oscar enrolled in the puppy scheme and that means which is great because it covers all my vaccination, flea, worm treatment as well as regular check ups to ensure he is developing correctly, and it wont break the bank.I cant reccomend them highly enough. Avonvale have been wonderful with my cats. Especially with one of my kittens who had been really unwell, nobody gave up. Despite the blood transfusions, the bone marrow biopsy and the medication she is now doing brilliant!!! Thank You
