I have recently moved to Leighton Buzzard and was looking for a reputable garage for work to be done on my Mercedes E Class. I fortunately chose DSR and have been very impressed with the professionalism of the team (particularly Dave's customer interaction). I had booked a full day's work on the car, including an MOT, and needed the car back at the end of the same day. The team completed all the work on time and for the price quoted. I would recommend DSR for any work needed.

Used DSR for going on 8 years now I think, could be more in all honesty. I’ve moved a fair distance away in that time but I still make the trip to have any work needed. Even MOTs, I just trust them. Also nice to see staff stay for that amount of time which for a garage is exceptional. 3 or 4 of them where there when I first went there all them years ago.

Couldn’t be happier with how these guys have sorted out a problem (very tricky to identify) on my heated seat. Dave has always been in touch and explained in details the issue, wonderfully sorted out by Scott, which on collection was so kind to show me pictures of the entire fixing process. I cannot rate Rob and his team highly enough for the service I've received. They recently carried out a major B service on my Mercedes along with a transmission oil change and some repair work. The quality of their work was excellent and I have found them to be totally honest in their dealings with me. Excellent customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I don’t do reviews until a few months after, just to check if it’s been a good job or not. Had my timing chain changed here a couple of months ago. I was convinced it was about to go, but the lovely guy I spoke was a not sure I needed it done. You know it’s a great place to go when the guy calls me half a day after handing the car over, to double check if I wanted it changed because it would cost an arm and a leg.It did cost me that much, and it was worth every penny.. the chain was going after all. I will be coming back here if future issues arise. Highly recommend. The guy that spoke to me was very very down to earth and seemed like a top bloke.And if anyone at DSR reads this, the whining sound I thought was a sign that the timing chain was going is still there, so you were right to think I was being paranoid haha.

Mark, Rob and the team provide excellent service and there customer service is second to none. Since being diagnosed with MS, both Mark and Rob recognised the importance of maintaining some transport for me. When ever there's a problem they're straight to my property, to collect the car. For peace of mind they will always check the car then ring before any work is carried out, to ensure you're happy with the plan and proposed cost, so no shock bills. I would highly recommend this team for tyres,MOT, services electrical diagnosis even faulty lights or lamp changes. Five star service, with a smile. Give them a go.
