Muriel Green Nursery School and Day Care

I can't recommend Muriel Green Nursery school enough. We are currently in our 3 year with our second child. Both my children have gone all the way through from baby room to Sunshine room. The setting has recently had lots of improvement work done and looks fabulous, the garden is amazing and has access to Victoria Park for daily golden runs and welly walks. My children have been happy, cared for, learnt and developed well the whole time they have veen at MG. Thanks to the fantastic team of staff.

I went to visit Muriel Green Nursery and was shown around by Sue. Sue and the staff are so lovely and you get a real sense of them being a family… they care about what they do! The children were all happy and I absolutely loved the visit. Thank you for showing us around

We never got a chance to send our daughter to this nursery which I must say, came highly recommended by a few of our neighbours. The reason for one star is down to absolutely appalling communication from the nursery manager: noone ever came back to us when I originally requested some information about the nursery, I must have chased 5 times; every time the manager said she will review our application, confirm the space or send us bank details to transfer the deposit etc., she never did without constant reminders from us; she was rude on a phone and just wouldn't listen. The icing on the cake was when the open morning was cancelled an hour before our appointment and we were notified via email - she didn't even bother to call or respond to emails/calls. When I sent her an email to say how disappointed I was with the way we were notified (I was 8 months pregnant and went to the open morning after a sleepless night feeling absolutely awful), she just said she was sorry to cancel the morning due to Covid. Long story short, we withdrew our application due to awful communication and manager's rudeness and her inability to listen.
