I've been coming to this practice for more or less 5 years. I had to have a filling at the start of this year and the dentist was very attentive, explained the whole procedure and managed any possible pain really effectively - I didn't feel any pain. The hygienists I saw (Olla and Mahmoud) did a thorough job, took time to give me advice on my dental care, and answered all my questions. I haven't had any trouble getting appointments booked in and the staff on the front desk are great too. Thank you!

Just had a front incisor implant done by Dr Nagpaul. I am extremely happy with the result. I didn’t think it was going to be possible but everything was fully explained to me step by step.It’s impossible to tell the implant from my natural teeth. Incredible.The reception staff were also excellent .I have been using this dental practice for several years now and I would highly recommend it.

I recently had a hygiene appointment with Dr. Hasan at the center, and I must say it was a great experience. Dr. Hasan was exceptionally polite and professional throughout the appointment. In just about 30 minutes, he managed to leave my teeth remarkably clean. I am truly grateful for the excellent service provided. Thank you very much.

Avoid Avoid Avoid if you want to keep your teeth.One sitting with these cowboys - they said I needed 5 fillings to be done at once, treatment took less than 20mins - has resulted in me spending thousands in private denial overlays for years after.

I had to find 2 minutes to leave a review! I have been a patient here for a few years now and really value these guys’ expertise. In particular Dr Olla, Hygienist Maher and Receptionist Federica have been taking fantastic care of myself and my partner. The service is always smooth and the sessions are very thorough. I can’t recommend hygienist Maher enough for regular sessions - he will give you the healthiest smile you can get! His touch and knowledge are a 12/10 ! Love, G

Worst dentist I have ever dealt with. My wife had an emergency appointment at this clinic, due to the chipped tooth. The fix did not work and, as per their policy, they are supposed to make another attempt to fix the issue.They had then advised that the dentist who provided the treatment is on annual leave for another 3 weeks and that it has to be the same person. If not, she would need to pay again.The chip is on one of her front teeth and she has a client facing job, so this is unacceptable.When I spoke with the manager Mandy Nakfu, she was unwilling to fix the situation there and then and hung up on me.We will be speaking with our solicitor.

Came to visit and received treatment from Dr. Usman Waheed. The entire appointment was very helpful. Amazing dentist that genuinely cares about his patients. I'm really glad I made an appointment with him because I'm an anxious patient. I will undoubtedly continue to visit this practice because the dentist, nurse, and front desk provided me with nothing but exceptional service. Everyone here is really kind. My new regular dentist going forward!
