I’m so happy with my new built-in shelf - it’s exactly what I wanted, a perfect match to join an existing shelf already there. I’ve got a wobbly old wall and the shelf is in an alcove, so had to be shaped to fit on site and Marc did such a good job that it looks like it’s always been there. He was also understanding and helpful in making sure it was positioned how I wanted, with a high level of attention to detail.Great craftsmanship, value and service - highly recommended all round.

They made an oak lectern for our church which was one of a pair - one having gone 'missing'. Marc and Rachel were very easy to deal with which was not my experience with other small bespoke furniture makers, many of whom simply did not respond or when they did failed to keep appointments.Marc produced an excellent product on time and to specification. We are delighted with the result. I would recommend them unreservedly.

Marc built three custom, open back shelves for our living room. The shelves are strong and look good. Marc gave the best value quote for building custom shelves by far, but the quality is still excellent. Communication was professional and timely.Marc was able to recommend a courier as well. The courier needed a little prompting with communication, but the shelves were delivered on time in perfect condition - so no issues there.

i was over the moon when i came across MARC WOOD FURNITURE as i had previously spent months looking for a high quality shoe cupboard, with very specific dimensions, with no luck. however MARC WOOD FURNITURE were able to create a handmade order for me to my custom requirements. i couldn't believe my luck! marc and rachel who i dealt with were fantastic from start to finish and the finished product is beautiful and made to an extremely high standard. we are so pleased with it and would highly recommend this company. fantastic product and service. also, barry, the delivery guy, was really pleasant too. thank you so very much.

Marc and Rachel were super informative and professional from the start of our quest for a large leaner mirror, 8ft x 3ft. They also organized delivery across the country. The outcome is a beautifully handcrafted piece which we’re thrilled with. From the workmanship to the end cost, I’d 100% recommend Marc Wood and definitely use him again…..
