Excellent service, a new car fob and key cut and supplied ( parts taken from old fob and placed in new and key cut from original) all in 20 mins from drop off to collection. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Highly recommended.( Timpson Metro centre).

They advertise that they cut vehicle keys but when I got there, I was refused, alegedly people buy keys from ebay and then snap in the lock, then they go back and claim from timpsons. I stated my key is original from ford but been refused as they said it does not matter. Rubbish experience, don't advertise you cut keys if you don't.

Went to have my soles re-adhered to my walking boots. Dealt with very friendly and helpful staff who repaired the boots perfectly whilst I did my shopping. Outstanding service!

Spot on service & rectified what Metrocentre Timpson's hadn't done, paid for a Battery for Life/re-seal, pressure test but Metrocentre did a half arsed job, this Guy sorted it..Thanks..

Sunday 20th February 11.35am. No customer queue and one man fixing a watch. I asked him to replace the hippo soles on my Loake brogues .... he was to busy and it would take 2 hours and can I come back another day even though I explained that I had made a specific journey to the shop and had already paid for the work in advance. This poor man needs retraining in customer service

Went in to get an extra hole punched into a leather boot strap and was served promptly and professionally. Great service, would recommend.
