Fabulous service from the initial call to the updates and then collecting my repaired car.After being given the complete run around by the main dealer, it made a refreshing change to have someone give an honest quote with transparent pricing. Needless to say, I will be moving my servicing and MOT to this centre from now.Highly recommended.

Living up to their five stars. Originally booked in our car for its MOT, then a few days after booking the engine management light came on which would have been a fail in itself! Rang them and advised. Sharon Cox, Service Advisor was a star, and the team had us bring the car first thing for a diagnostic, and review. Within an hour we were contacted with an update on what needed doing and cost. Car ready 4.30 pm same day. Paperwork given and MOT in clear wallet with a diary date for future services and MOT, which will be useful as we intend to definitely use 5⭐ again due to their customer service, friendly yet professional manner and locality close to Huddersfield town centre. RAC took my brokendown car to 5 Star Autocentre, and they have done a great job in getting my car back on the road. They were very clear about timescales and cost and , although maybe not the cheapest garage, they got the job done in good time and were friendly and professional in the process. Recently had tyres fitted with first class service.Returned a few weeks later for Brake pads and discs. First class service again . I would highly recommend this garage from the owner, technicians and reception staff. All happy to help in anyway possible. Great work Five star autocentre . Booked my golf in for routine service. Been using garage for last 10 years. Can’t highly recommend them enough for their transparent open friendly approach. They offered me a payment plan for any necessary repairs. Staff in front of house really good. Thank you Emma

Had a local mechanic for a while that was reliable but slowly being more and more messed around, services weren’t done properly, MOT pushed through without issues noted for them to suddenly appear in a matter of two weeks and under 100 miles driven.I booked fivestar after seeing many reviews and whilst they were a little more expensive, I certainly got what I paid for. Diagnostic was in depth and checks fully recorded. Work done after was fantastic and the car feels and acts better when driven. Even better, when I came to collect the car had been cleaned and valeted without any charge.I will be returning to use fivestar in the future for both my own and my wife’s car should this fantastic service continue, I could not recommend them enough.
