Called at the drive thru this afternoon, on one of the hottest days, for a frosty coffee frappe as I was hot, cranky and running on empty. The drive thru attendant was brilliant, funny and provided a fantastic customer experience. Well done!! The frappe was also the best I've ever had. We'll be back!

Went to pay cash, but card only. absolutly no signage to mention this before getting to the till..... which we could have read many times because the service was soooooo slow and the ice machine was broken so only half the menu was available !

Quiet Sunday afternoon waited 10 minutes to get served (only 1 person in front), no apology for delay when we got to the till, and then waited 15 minutes for drinks to be made.To say some training and management skills are needed would be an understatement.

A no cash policy and card only is ridiculous. Staff are always great and coffee is as expected. Disappointed you don’t accept cash at all.

Good friendly environment. Nice staff and quick too!!! The sit down area was very clean.Didn't have anything to eat but they did have a good selection of snacks available.

I travel from Saundersfoot just to use the camarthen Starbucks as the staff are way more polite here then the one in St Clears . Tom is outstanding at his job always extremely polite and constantly smiling . The drinks are made much better within this store . And the store is extremely accommodating as its always clean and tidyThank youLove Hannah

A small but perfectly formed store. Friendly staff and drinks served correctly. This store participates in the ''To good to go'' app food surprise bags. My last bag was full of good food worth over £21 which I got for £4!
