Theresa Thompson Reflexology

Theresa is an excellent reflexologist and I always thoroughly enjoy my sessions with her; they are so relaxing. Since I have been having reflexology, I have found my stress levels to have reduced, I have been able to sleep a lot better and my hot sweats have disappeared! Also, Theresa is very flexible and if I ever mention a particular problem area, she will focus on that area to help improve the situation. She is friendly and approachable and makes the sessions very comfortable and all round enjoyable! I would highly recommend Theresa if anyone is considering reflexology.

I've had several reflexology sessions over the past couple of years with Theresa. I'm very impressed by her ability to assess and understand what she needs to do to help you. The tangible benefits for me have been immediate relief when I suffered acute back pain, a noticeable reduction in the symptoms of Crohn's disease and increased movement when I developed a frozen shoulder. Above all, when I thought that sleep was an unattainable luxury, hours of relaxed slumber was what I got. Skilled, confident and knowledgeable with a range of reflexology skills, she puts you at ease and at the very least improves your sense of well-being leaving you feeling relaxed and in tune with yourself.

I have been seeing Teresa since August 2020, she is very professional, puts you at ease and is friendly, her treatments are excellent would highly recommend. My sleep was erratic and that is returning to normal. Normally I drift off to sleep during the treatment as it is so relaxing. she is very accommodating for appointments around busy schedules.

Just had the Zone Face Lift by Theresa. Absolutely fantastic 75 mins of pure relaxation ...oh and the skin looks fab too. Can highly recommend and I’ll be booking my next one .
