This place is a great concept and was a good choice for our baby's first swim as everything is designed with little ones in mind. The pool is warmer than average which made him feel more comfortable and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The cafe works well and serves nice coffee. The family change cubicles are a good idea but the baby changing table covers the bench when down so no room to sit and difficult accessing your things while the baby is there - space also tight with two adults. The changing rooms could have been warmer as they felt very cold after the poolside. And some mats are needed as the floors get very wet and slippery. At £22.50 for two adults and a baby this is a little pricey all considered, but it worked well as a reliable venue for our baby to try out swimming for the first time.

Only thing I would say is good is the pool being warm we went family of 5 £32 the pool is tiny and also the kids can’t touch the bottom so my 6 year old couldn’t touch the bottom has adhd and struggles with the unknown took ages get in water I asked the woman on the side if could have a floaty or some sort as this would or helped the distress but apparently you need to pay for theseSo a family fun swim session consisted of no floats no nothing and tiny pool jammed with people and kids not worth the money for family’s wouldn’t go again even tho local to it more surprised you pay for a family swim session and they expect you to then pay for floaters to use in the hour for the kids may as well go to a water park for the price it cost after all that

Went at the right time. Mid week med day. Only the 5 of us in the pool. Lovely place, very clean and great staff. Small pool but great if there are 10 or less people. Can see it getting cramped if at full capacity, quoted 20-25 ppl depending on numbers of children. Worth asking to hire the whole pool if you have a large group. Lovely and warm. Amazing hot showers (not the push to work type) with shampoo provided & good changing rooms. Feels very private if just your group. Free secure lockers provided.

The price of using this pool is outrageous. I can't believe they charge this amount for swimming £36 for 4 people for 1 hour. Madness. The pool is very small and that's all you got for 1 hour. Wouldn't go back again. The only positive is that the staff are very helpful and friendly hence 2 stars

Lovely warm pool and changing rooms. Pool area clean and well lit. Baby changing in each cubicle is fantastic and spacious cubicle showers too. Only issue was lack of shower toiletries we under stand due to people taking them. Hopefully they will invest in lockable units so they are available for people to use but not able to be misused. Would have loved some toys in the pool for the baby and toddler session but these can be bought at reception so in hindsight we understand probably why they’re not provided.

Nice place and staff. We went in the pool and used the café. The pool and changing facilities are good. The café had limited choice of food, I think panninis, cakes, snacks, and hot and cold drinks.

Clean and a warm pool but that’s literally it. The pool is so small you can’t swing a cat. My 7 year old was quite bored as he could do a lap in one stroke.Good temp for babies but not ideal as the pool is all one depth.Babies are also required to wear specific swimwear which they charge a hefty 12.99 for - could get cheaper elsewhere. No floats for kids to play with.Probably won’t go back.
