Always crowded, long que, and they never gave your complete prescription even after one week waiting. Too many people working there still unorganized, very unprofessional

Always been a shambolic service but they have now reached staggering levels of incompetence. The same pantomine every time. A fruitless search through the index of copy prescriptions. A computer check which always shows the surgery has processed it days before. A fruitless search of various shelves. A request to come back (and join another lengthy queue running along the street outside the shop). To get in first today I got there at 9.00am (opening time according to the website) to find a sign saying that it would not be opening until 10.00am. My order had been made on 3/7/23. I tried to collect on 11/7/23 as I had ran out of one item but it hadn't been made up and could I come back at 4.00pm. I had to leave it until today 15/7/23 and it still hadn't been completed. NEVER AGAIN.

Careful with this one. Prescriptions take ages to be released. When you comeback for it, you still have to wait… Staff don’t know where the “ready” prescriptions are…. Chaotic!Constantly out of stock and takes so long to be restocked…Opening time changed to 10pm and closing time changed to 5pm…. The community needs these services to be running smoothly, not to cause problems and delays.I live nearby, but will never return to this one.Avoid if you are in a hurry.

I visited your branch on Friday 7th July at 17.15 to collect my CMS I was in a queue of 2 outside waiting a member of staff came out named Zara and said to me & the wee old man in front that were closing and can’t be seen the wee man said I’ve no tablets left & Zara said come back another day so I said to her you are open till 18.00 and all I’ll got back was you can’t get in we’re closing at that time there where only 2 customers in the shop waiting for the prescription I said to her I am only her to collect my CMS which will only take a couple of minutes no response back only to have the door shut in my face.she was so abrupt & in my opinion shouldn’t be working with the public no even a sorry we are closing I have been going to your chemist for years & never been spoken to before like that the staff are usually very helpful.I seriously hope this girls learns how to communicate in a proper manner!

Moved here from Sainsbury's, bad move you wait weeks for your prescription and sometimes you don't even get it. They accused my wife of picking hers up because they couldn't find it, said they would phone that day,still waiting. One time picked up her prescription and noticed one item missing. She phoned them and they said sorry can't get it, they might have told her when she picked it up. Staff are always nice but pharmacy is a shambles.

Every other pharmacy I've used at any point in my life has been better than whatever is happening in there. I don't know if understaffed or just bad time management but if you need a prescription fast, this is not the place.

Shocking experience. Over a week before my prescription was ready then went to pick up to be told I can’t get it between one and 2 pm due to the pharmacist not being there. I am now going to have to go on holiday without my medication

Went to pick up the prescription they owned me for over 2 week, was 4th in line and took over an hour to get served. None of the people in front of me got all of the things they came in for. When you try to call no one ever picks up. There is about 10 people at the back having a banter ( you can hear them having a chat) and only one person serving customers which disappearss for10 mins at a time just to come back and tell you that prescription is not ready, or never received. Their IT system is always down when you need something. They tell you to come back after 3 days and when you go back they tell you to come back another time. They don't hand prescriptions between 1pm and 2pm. Sometimes they close early and there is always queues.Avoid!!

This chemist used to be very efficient but are now just dreadful. They take at least 2 weeks to process a repeat prescription, sometimes it doesn't even get processed. The staff are less than helpful when you go in to enquire where your order has gone.there phone just rings off the hook so you can't place your repeats. I will not being using them from now on. Awful service

Go to any other pharmacy - not here. I've waited over a month, gone in 4 times to collect always being told come back tomorrow"
