M4 Van Centre

A member of my family was in hospital and my car needed oil. They provided oil free of charge on what was a difficult day. Thank you to Nick in particular, very kind staff!

Haven't yet bought a van but spoke with Daryl, who was extremely helpful and very patient answering lots of questions, without putting sales pressure on.

Worst van buying experience I have ever had. Was told No oil leaks from start. Oil leaks next day. 2 weeks in clutch went. Paid and replaced. Less than a year in engine blew. Paid in full with Ford. Then gearbox went. Nice as pie til they have your money. Service centre tried there best to be helpful. Dealership not so. Really unhelpful.

Can highly recommended M4 Van Centre. Dealt with Nick, who was very helpful, and quick to respond. Needed the van pretty urgently and they did everything they could to rush the vehicle through the workshop to make sure it was ready and in good condition.

We bought a van in October 2019 and dealt with Mark who was brilliant. Answered all our questions and put us at ease with such a large purchase. We have continued to have it maintained with their Service and MOT centre and again, we are fully supported by them. Recently I realised we didn't have the original VAT receipt and he very kindly sent it through immediately. We could not recommend M4 Vans enough, ask for Mark, he will help you through every step of the way

Have only had the van since October 2021 and within that time it has only been driven for 9 months as has been off the road due to some serious issues clutch went which I contacted them about due to just being out of warranty and spending so much on a vehicle you wouldn't expect the clutch to go so soon but I didn't get any response from them, I then spent thousands getting it fixed not good when you have purchased a van to get your family around and months after having it that happens, then after another few months it was off the road again due to the alternator going, which again cost alot to fix. There was also a rattling noise noticed when I was driving the van home, considering it had just had a fresh MOT for me collecting it you would have thought the servere corrosion on the passenger side front wheel would have been noticed but can't afford to sort that out. If are going to purchase from here make sure you throughly check the vehicle out as they won't respond about their warranty!!

Just bought a van from M4.Putting aside the vehicle itself as it was exactly as advertised, this was the best experience of buying a used vehicle I’ve had.My personal need was speed as my work van was stolen and I needed new wheels - quick.After I found the van online the evening before, I phoned at 07:30 to which someone answered and the van reserved.First step - ✅By 15:30, the van was in my name and I’m driving back to Bristol.In that time, they pushed through the final AA checks for approval and the finance organised (I paid half upfront) so when I arrived, it was a case of taking her up the duel carriage way to make sure the diesel engine was fine at a high rev (70mph in 4th) and signing the paperwork.A point to mention, the company clearly offers a great culture to work in. Although the office is from what I could tell was all men, this was a very friendly environment and welcoming throughout for all. There was no sign at all of the cliche dodgy, pushy 2nd hand car dealer and the entire experience was a joy.My special thanks to Lee for making the process seem effortless and to Jason in the for organising the finance in one phone call.

We recently bought a Ford vehicle from this dealer. The service we received was excellent. We arranged to have additional equipment fitted, this was achieved and all promises were kept. We received friendly service on each and every visit and I would not hesitate to recommend M4 Van Centre. We were especially pleased with Lee who dealt with us with care and attention. I've just purchased my first van from M4 this week and I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received.Everyone I either spoke to on the telephone or or met in the office or forecourt were helpful and accommodating. The whole experience was relaxed and the deal didn't feel pressured at all.Martin Rice was my salesman and he sold me a van that I am very happy with and he worked hard to find me the best van within my budget and better still was ready to be picked up a day earlier than was agreed. 10/10I have already recommended to family and friends and I will definitely use again.
