Can't recommend highly enough. Brilliant customer service right from the start. All up and running in no time and the speeds are excellent. If you are in or around Dundee area (or as far as they reach) You need to be with Fibrecast.

Amazing and incredibly stable. Got it installed in June and have had no issues since, full 1000mbps up and down.

Fantastic service providing us 30mb broadband to what is seeing as a remote part of Perthshire (PH13) We are able to stream Netflix, Sky throughout the house with no lag at all.No BT phone lines connected or needed at all and all done over satellite signal. No issues since connected and would have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

Fast internet, great customer service which puts big players like Virgin Media to shame, shout out to Sebastian for answering my questions prior to install. Everything went as planned during install and very quickly. Highly recommended and local Dundee company.

Not reliable at all. Decided to change the internet provider with fibre and the installation process and everything was on time and it was said on a Tuesday that there is only a remaining issue with the fibre connection that is due to be fixed the same day or the day after, which eventually never happened. During the next week it was said that the internet would be running from Friday. On that Friday nobody made contact and after several calls the provider again made a delay for the next week when it was not even a matter to have internet connection anymore. Extremely irresponsible and failing to complete their commitments on time.

Superb service from day one! We live in a rural area where the bt line was terrible and peaked 3mb a second max download and 1mb upload and it was always disconnecting. We’ve had fibrecast satellite broadband in for about 6 months now and it really is amazing we now get an extremely stable 50mb download and 20mb upload speed which has never let us down. The 2 engineers who done the survey and installation were very professional and friendly. We can’t speak highly enough of the service, thanks again!

Fantastic communication both prior to and after ordering. Really neat installation, can't see the fibre cable running along the ceiling of the room (see if you can spot it in the photos!). Lightning-fast speeds and much more competitive prices than BT. Friendly and helpful on the day of installation, arrived at the agreed time, were also able to configure the system to use the existing router. Highly recommended.

Signed up, install date came and went, chased them up and about 2 months later told me it's not available at my address ( A half mile from their headquarters) and never, NEVER will beAwk what can ya do, the annoyingly strange thing, and the reason for this review is the constant emails saying its now available at my address, and when I check my post code ON FIBRECAST own website it still says its available at my address.
