I saw Janet and she was absolutely amazing. I feel she actually listened and understood the issues that I talked about and was happy to answer any questions I had as well as explaining things in detail. I felt so re-assured and the after care service has been superb. Thoroughly recommended.

Finding the Bristol menopause clinic and speaking with Emma answered all my questions in my head that had been troubling me for months. Finally I found reasons why I felt the way I did. Emma showed compassion and listened well to my story and then the process was very quick to get my treatment started. Thank you Emma for listening and getting me on the right track !

I saw Emma at the clinic last August because of extreme atrophy.The appointment didn’t go very well from the start. She was using a room with no examination bed, so we moved rooms, but then there was no light by the bed.Anyway long story short, after trying new pessaries for 4 months (there was also an issue with the prescription meaning I paid for an extra month I hadn’t asked for) there was no improvement. I saw a GP in February who diagnosed me with established lichen sclerosis. Can’t believe this was missed at the menopause clinic.

Where would we/I be without these amazing ladies, especially Emma! After being told a number of times by my GP that I’m too young to be peri menopausal I started looking elsewhere for answers and came by these lovely ladies. I made an appt and went into see Emma who wasn’t phased by my long list of crazy, didn’t laugh at my suspicions and got straight to it discussing my options. It’s been a little bit of a journey getting the right balance and levels and we are still not quite there but Emma is always there for me on the end of the phone with a sympathetic ear and a resolve for my concerns! Everyone needs an Emma by their side. Thank you Emma

I have been seeing Hazel for over a year. I have health complications which has meant getting the right levels of HRT medication has been tricky. Hazel was so supportive and kept in regular contact until the dose worked for me.

Just like to share my experience with Hazel and Jo. I had my first meeting February to discuss my symptoms, Hazel was professional and more importantly listened to all my worries, I came away feeling positive and informed about my HRT journey. I have since been back to see Jo who was equally understanding to discuss Testosterone which has been a game changer for me. All the staff at the clinic are polite and helpful, I would highly recommend Bristol Menopause clinic.

I highly recommend Bristol Menopause clinic to all those I care about who are struggling. Hazel is warm and genuine, her knowledge and support is second to none. Having tried many other routes for help, this is the best. I almost don’t want to leave a review incase it becomes too popular!

Initially my consultation went really well with Emma and Hazel and I managed to get some medication support after years of asking. Sadly Emma failed to attend my follow-up appointment and was not able to rebook it. My care has subsequently been handed back to the GP and I am now back on no medication. It was a costly exercise to be back to square one and trying to cope without any support.

Went to the clinic with initial peri menopause symptoms with not much understanding. Emma was amazing and explained everything to me in so much detail. Commenced with HRT and felt a huge improvement within weeks.Had such an amazing experience that I ended up applying for a job!Would highly recommend the clinic.
