i bought a hand set on line from first choice on mon .14th dec. got a call 15th to comfirm i had ordered the right item then was called to say it was out of stock but they offered me an alternitve this arrived on thurs. 16th and is as good as original thank you to domminic and customer server team

I highly recommend for any products to suit your needs. Fantastic customer service.I spoke with Geoff on WhatsApp regarding a stock issue. Geoff spoke with me and worked hard to source a replacement. First choice were also very careful in ensuring the products ordered would fit my chair etc, sending pics and personally checking. I couldn't ask for a better service.

First choice mobility was the right choice for me!I needed a new set of batteries for my mobility scooter, looking on the web and found First choice mobility. I telephoned and spoke to a very knowledgeable and helpful gentleman.He answered my questions which made me feel confident in ordering from them.I placed my order at around 2.00pm, about 4.30pm I received a text message saying that my order was going to be delivered the following day! Sure enough about 3.00pm the following day my batteries were delivered!. They were well packed and were date stamped to confirm that they were fresh batteries, which was one of my concerns and which I was told they would be fresh batteries.Very pleased with the excellent service received from First choice mobility and would highly recommend them.

I placed an on line order for a wheelchair, and was promptly contacted by the sales Manager who explained that the chair I had selected was currently not available. He offered an alternative an an attractive price, which I then ordered. I was then contacted by telephone to ensure that the design features of the new chair would meet our needs. The chair was delivered two days later as planned. I am very pleased with the level of personal customer service provided by First Choice Mobility, they were extremely helpful and worked to ensure that the product I was ordering was appropriate for my needs.
