I was eating a great meal at the Crannog Restaurant when this bird landed on the ferry railing post just outside the window. Great food, great photo opportunity

This compact and rather bijou little place serves not only as a working, operational ferry terminal but also houses a superb and good quality seafood restaurant, as well as offering excursion trips by boat down the length of loch linnhe itself, so full marks to all involved
