Great shop and looking so much better after it's recent refurbishment. Prices are OK but not cheap, some good is great like pizzas and fresh baked goods. The self service tills could be better, they can be a bit temperamental.

Decent store stocking most things, good car park with plenty of space. Cash machine for withdraws if needed this store serves most needs in line with a usual supermarket.COVID safe within current guide lines.

Ok if you need to grab the odd bit of shopping. For some reason people in Pewsey without children park in the family parking spaces despite it not being a big car park.

I didn’t understand the meal deals as there were displays saying £3.50 (as normal) but on the window by the entrance it advertised a £5 option too, but it wasn’t clearly explained what the difference is and the member of staff I asked well he didn’t seem sure either, so in the end I only bought the sandwich

As the main food store in the area the range of products is poor and often vital things are out of stock. It is also very expensive compared to other shops. Much cheaper to drive to Devizes or Marlborough to get what you need. The staff are a mixed bunch. A few of the younger ones are friendly, if not very well trained. The older staff are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Today I witnessed a cashier, Joan, get into an argument with a young mum over a reduced bag of spinach. They way she spoke to the customer was disgusting. She then threw a bag at me when I asked for one and managed to complete the transaction without speaking or acknowledging me further. As I walked off I could hear her snapping at the customer after me too. Seems to be a theme in most co ops I visit, if its not rudeness its ignorance, staff in mobile phones or chatting to colleagues and not looking at customer. There are many many cheaper nicer options for shopping.

Totally fantastic store. Very well run, good choice of different products and nice and clean. With regard to moans about shelves being empty, it cannot be helped. The staff have done what they can but if deliveries don't turn up or are short, you cannot blame the store staff. Great place to shop.

Well stocked shelves. A little pricey. The staff especially Phil and Sam were amazing after mum had a nasty fall outside the store. Sam drove mum home as she didn't want an ambulance and no fuss.

Excellent service, helpful, friendly, they couldn't have done more to help me. My special thanks to Martin, who made it so much easier for me.

Has the potential to be really good but persistently fails. Some really good quality items, but inconsistent product range. Find something nice and they will stop selling it.Very poor stock control and presentation - empty shelves, lack of items, packaging all over the place (sometimes dangerously) coolers are frequently broken and essentials not in stock. Quite a few totally useless items on sale (you could buy a fridge or a TV, but probably have no baked beans or lettuce). The outside is dirty, a number of the outside lights do not work and the car park is a mess! The staff are brilliant though. They are very helpful and friendly - alas I feel very under appreciated by the senior management. It has the potential to be really good but not until the co-op head office get their act together.
