Pets Corner
We visited the Hove Pets Corner store yesterday, with our two new puppies. The lady working there, Cerys, could not have been nicer and more helpful, taking time to help us pick what we needed, fitting harnesses, giving the puppies treats etc. They didn't have everything we needed but she took time to call the other local store in Shoreham and arranged for these to be left for us to collect. All in all, a lovely experience in Hove, in complete contrast to Shoreham, where the staff were unfriendly and seemed disinterested. Hove highly recommended

Sophie was brilliant! I have a Chihuahua puppy who has his first training class today. I purchased a harness and lead online. Thank goodness we tried it last night because it is far too big. Emergency visit to Pets Corner. I asked for help as soon as I entered the shop and the request was greeted with a lovely smile. Sophie recommended a harness. I, being an expert because I had read half a dozen online reviews, thought a knew better. Suffice to say I didn't and I left the shop with the harness and lead Sophie recommended in the first place. She was helpful and patient with both Yardie and me. It was a perfect customer experience. Thank you very much Pets Corner and Sophie in particular. Bless up, Safe, Steve.
