The blinds were ready on time and fitted with professionalism. I had a problem with the cord on one blind being too short for me to reach and the company removed it and replaced it with another one with wands. Completely satisfied with the service.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had when shopping. Tuck my old blinds into the shop to get replacement blinds that I would put up myself. Two small windows at a price of 103 pounds no rails just the vertical blinds. Six visits later. They didn’t save my measurements after they measured them so I had to do this again. Couldn’t pay with Apple Pay. Then when I get them home there all tangled up. The women in the shop only want to lie to you and give you rubbish excuses. This place has ad it to good for to long. I would advise anyone who wants blind to go somewhere else.

I have used Mike Goldrick blinds twice now, and they are really reasonably priced have beautiful products, I have always been very happy with the blinds and fitting. If there is a problem (which is rare) their customer service is excellent and all is solved quickly and easily. I love this this company.They were recommended to me by a friend and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy blinds.

Measurements went down well. But our visit in the showroom wasn't quite nice at all. When we get there to choose blinds colour we was told by rude lady that the price we had from guy who measure is wrong and it will cost £200 more. I told her that i won't pay a penny more so then she went to speak to manager who confirmed that our quote is ok. So we begin to choose colour of our blinds... I don't think she wanted us in the showroom at all. She was constantly staring at us so we choose blinds quicker. When we finally decided what we wanted she took the first payment and told us we need to wait 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks nobody updated us on what going on so i contacted them and been told to wait longer and somebody will get in touch. They did contact us but they was rude and said to my wife that we are chasing them about our blinds haha. After 4 weeks we had our blinds installed and we are happy with them after all... I wouldn't recommend them as they are rude, arrogant and in my case i felt as that lady in showroom was racist towards us. Never again i will use goldrick for blinds.

Great service from the start of measuring up to the finish with the installation. The full house was measured up with a total of 11 vertical blinds being installed and the price was fantastic. The blinds are of great quality and was installed very quicklyWould highly recommend

Just had new new kitchen and landing blinds fitted . Very happy yet again with the service and price provided by your office and in particular Mark who measured and installed the blinds . All the windows throughout the house including the conservatory are now fitted with their blinds . We have dealt with this company over many years and they have provided a consistent high level of efficient and friendly service . No pressured selling . Good choice and range of products coupled with good advice and fair prices .The lead time from ordering to completion was around 4 weeks . This was slightly longer than usual but fully understandable due to supply chain issues relating to COVID and Brexit.I am confident that should any problems ever occur that this company would always endeavour to find an amicable solution . Would recommend .
