Visited Bearsden store to get photos printed for my sons 21st Birthday party.I’m not good with anything digital but the guy who works in the store couldn’t have been more helpful to me and showed me how to work the printing machine.He Could not have been more helpful.He has great customer service skills he was very busy but nothing was a bother to him.I would definitely recommend the guy and the service.

We had amazing customer service from Jen @asda govan store @maxspielmann Jen was so patient with us as we had just lost Oor mum and we had pics to print off and important docs to print off Jen was a great help guided us n what to do n how it worked x definitely recommend this place to anyone x

Yeah, could be much better customer service as someone else said already. Arrived 10 min before closing time and there was no time to take passport pictures?!

Incredibly helpful young man, William. He helped my daughter with her visa photo which was a huge relief. He was so friendly and nothing was too much for him. He deserves 10 stars.

I recently visited Max Spielmann and had the pleasure of taking a passport size photo. I was absolutely thrilled with the outcome - the photo came out beautifully and exceeded my expectations. Firstly the staff.. in my experience their knowledge and helpfulness particularly to someone like me who couldn't download a photo to start. I have purchased from photographs to wrapping paper to table mats to Christmas globes to large canvasses. BRILLIANT. EVERYONE HAS BEEN DELIGHTED WITH THEIR GIFTS!!!!

Avoid this place if you are looking for passport photos. Grumpy staff and very poor camera. You will look like a zombie and they don't care. They will simply say it comes in black and white. And they are expensive. I paid them and found a photo booth just around and paid half the price for decent photos. Avoid it at any cost

Service is amazing, I usually get Disposable cameras and they're they're good price given that you get them developed for free. Only thing is sometimes you have to work a bit to get the flash working, if it ever does lol.

Shocking service. Asked for passports photos to be taken. Photos were rejected by HM passport service as the staff member used the wrong background. Went back for a refund and it was clear the manager felt giving a refund was inconvenient. Staff members need to improve their customer service skills.
